RevOps
Marketing says one thing, sales says another, and the reporting settles nothing
RevOps for B2B teams too big to wing it and too small to hire an analytics engineer. We treat marketing and sales as one connected system, so performance becomes easier to measure and far less likely to unravel the moment something changes.
If a smaller scope solves it, we’ll say so rather than quote a rebuild.
Symptoms
You’ll recognise this if…
Your platform numbers and your CRM numbers disagree and nobody can say which is right
Lifecycle stages mean different things to different people
Reporting takes days to assemble and still leaves the important question open
Channel activity can’t be tied back to commercial reality
You have demand and a capable team, and the effort still isn’t translating into reliable results
The work
Audit, strategy, implementation, management
Four phases. You can stop after any of them, and the audit is useful on its own.
01
Audit
We establish what’s true. Touch-point auditing, campaign and ad account auditing, analytics and tracking, SEO and AEO architecture, content alignment, CRM and funnel architecture. You get a prioritised set of issues grouped by impact and dependency.
02
Strategy
Strategy turns baseline truth into a clear set of choices. What matters, what comes first, and what needs to be in place before implementation starts. A roadmap tied to the outcomes you’re improving, with sequencing and dependencies.
03
Implementation
The build phase. Ads clean-up, analytics architecture, cross-channel integration, funnel hygiene and data handling, CRM architecture. System changes applied across agreed workstreams rather than isolated channel tweaks.
04
Management
Governance, optimisation and upkeep that keeps signals clean and decisions reliable as markets, platforms and internal teams change. Steady improvement without slow degradation in tracking, data or CRM logic.
2027
Preparing for 2027 with AI orchestration
Most teams we talk to have three or four AI pilots running. A writing tool in marketing. Something summarising calls in sales. A model doing first-draft analysis. Each one useful on its own. None of them connected to anything, and none of them measurable. That’s survivable in 2026. It stops being survivable when the volume of AI-generated output doubles and nobody can tell which of it moved a deal. AI has made execution cheap. It hasn’t made execution provable. If anything it’s made proving harder, because there’s more output and less human memory of why any of it was made.
Assessment
Start with an AI Orchestration Assessment
Before anyone builds anything. We look at what’s actually running, what data it touches, and where the output disappears. 2 to 3 weeks. From R19,950.
Every AI tool currently in use across marketing, sales and service, including the ones nobody formally approved
What data each one reads, and whether that data is clean enough to trust
Where AI-generated output lands, and whether anything downstream can measure it
Overlap and duplication, meaning the three tools quietly doing one job
Consent, privacy and data-residency exposure, which of your AI tools send customer data offshore and under what lawful basis
The gap between what your team believes is automated and what actually is
Data
Where your data actually goes
Most AI tools are adopted by whoever needed them, not by whoever owns data protection. Six months later nobody can say with confidence which customer records have been sent to which model, hosted in which country, under what lawful basis, or whether the consent you captured at the form covers any of it. We map that. Which tools send personal information offshore, what they send, what your consent records actually permit, and where the gap is. We’re not your lawyers and we don’t write legal opinions. We build the infrastructure your legal position depends on, and we tell you plainly where you’re exposed.
Proof
We haven’t done this one for ten years, and here’s why that’s fine
We’re not going to show you an AI orchestration case study, because we don’t have one yet. This engagement is new and you’d be among the first to take it. What isn’t new is the work underneath it. Tracing where data goes, finding where systems disagree, and checking whether what you captured supports what you’re doing with it is the job we’ve been doing since 2020. We designed and still manage NetFlorist’s web tracking environment. We built and run the analytics setup at Vox Telecoms. We’re a HubSpot Gold Partner. The assessment is that same audit, pointed at a newer set of tools. The subject matter is new. The method isn’t.
Honestly
Where this isn’t the right fit
If what you need is a pure creative studio, a once-off website build with no ecosystem considerations, or campaign execution without strategy and measurement, there’s a better specialist route. If you’d rather wait until we can show you three AI orchestration logos, that’s a reasonable call and we’d respect it. If you’d rather be early, you’ll get more of our attention than you would in a year’s time.
